Welcome to the official Cayman Islands Department of Tourism collateral request form. Please complete all the information below prior to submitting this form, failure to do so will automatically result in your request being denied. Collateral requests are required to be submitted 7 business days prior to the desired collateral date.

All collateral requests are subject to our internal review prior to the request being considered. Requests for collateral should be for the purpose of promoting the Cayman Islands. A follow-up email will be sent to you within 3 to 5 business days advising you if your request has been approved or denied.

Fulfillment of collateral/promotional requests will take a maximum of a week from the date it is requested. Additionally, fulfillment could take a longer period depending on the quantity or items requested due to resource availability. For quantities over 50, we ask that the request be submitted 10 business days prior to the desired collection date. Collateral must be used for the purpose stated above and any items not used must be returned to the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism.
