The documents listed below are required and must be uploaded to complete this application.
All certificates and documents (e.g. birth, marriage/civil partner, death, divorce, police clearance etc.) which are in a foreign language must be accompanied by an English translation.
APPLICANT(S)
- Proof of health insurance
- Copy of local health insurance coverage by way of an insurance card or policy documents listing coverage period, current status and all covered persons.
- Proof of Employment and/or Income
- The main applicant will need to provide an updated job letter
- If the main applicant has changed employment since receiving your certificate they must provide a letter showing proof of employment with an entity outside of the Cayman Islands stating position, length of employment, and annual salary on company letterhead. Applicant(s) minimum annual salary requirements are as follows:

Please note: As per the Immigration (Transition) (Global Citizen Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021
- “annual income”, in relation to an applicant, includes —
- (a) the annual salary of the applicant;
- (b) the annual salary of the applicant’s spouse or civil partner;
- (c) any employment bonus of the applicant and the applicant’s
- spouse or civil partner; Immigration (Transition) (Global Citizen Exemption) (Amendment)
- (d) income from investments of the applicant and the applicant's spouse or civil partner;
- (e) share dividends of the applicant and the applicant’s spouse or civil partner; and
- (f) any other form of recurring income of the applicant and the applicant’s spouse or civil partner, as approved by the Director of WORC.”.
Per Cayman Islands Government law, a dependent is defined as the spouse/civil partner of that person, or one of the following relations of that person, namely a child, step-child, adopted child, grandchild, parent, step-parent, grandparent, brother, sister, half-brother, half-sister, being, in each case, wholly or substantially dependent upon that person. Dependents do not include, caregiver, nanny, au pair, common-law relationships, etc.
- Proof of children being enrolled either in local private school or home/virtual schooling
- Proof of health insurance
- All applicants must show proof of their local health insurance coverage since landing in the Cayman Islands.
Fee Structure and Refund Policy
- Global Citizen Concierge Certificate Fee up to Party of 2 persons: US$1,469 per annum
- Global Citizen Concierge Certificate Fee for each dependent: US$500 per dependent, per annum
- Credit Card Processing Fee: 7% of the total application fee
Fees are non-refundable
